How do I print QR codes & barcodes in the Jolt web app?

To print QR codes and barcodes in the Jolt web app, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Jolt web app and navigate to lists > edit lists.

  2. On the next screen, click on a list to edit an existing list or click on the plus sign to create a new list.

  3. From the list screen, click the plus sign and select new item. A modal window will appear where you can select one of the available items.

  4. Fill out the required fields, then click save to apply changes.

  5. A screen will appear with options to print different size QR codes. Select your preferred size.

  6. Click print once you are done making selections.


How do I print QR codes & barcodes using a Zebra printer?

To print QR codes and barcodes using a Zebra printer, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Jolt mobile app and enter your 4-digit PIN.

  2. Navigate to the menu and select tools.

  3. On the next screen, tap print QR codes. Select an available printer (make sure it is in ready mode), then choose a QR code or barcode.

  4. Click print. The QR or barcode should print immediately.


What should I do if the Zebra printer is not working?

If the Zebra Printer is not printing, make sure you perform some troubleshooting on your own.

  1. Check the printer status and ensure it is connected to Wi-Fi and powered on. You may need to do a factory reset.

  2. Make sure the printer is properly connected to the network or device.
