How to use the corrective action feature in the Jolt mobile app

The corrective action feature in the Jolt mobile app helps you manage and resolve issues identified during list checks. Follow the steps below to learn how to use this feature for both yes/no and measurement items.

  1. Log in to the Jolt mobile app and navigate to lists. On this screen, you can review yes/no items and measurement items.

  2. When a yes/no list is marked as no, follow these steps:

    • Automatic list display: A corrective action list will appear automatically (this list is pre-configured in your list settings).

    • Planned corrective action: If a corrective action was planned, you will have the option to create a new list item and schedule it.

    • You can set specific times for the action to display, add due dates, and assign the task to specific users.

    • The list will show items starting with CA follow up.

  3. When a measurement item is marked as outside or inside a specified range, proceed as follows:

    • Automatic list display: A corrective action list will appear automatically based on the settings chosen for the measurement item.

    • Planned corrective action: If planned corrective action is set, you can create a new list item and schedule it for follow-up.

    • You can specify display times, due dates, and assign the task to specific users.

    • The list will show items starting with CA follow up.

Ensure corrective action lists are set up correctly in advance to streamline the process. Make sure to periodically review follow-up lists to track progress and ensure issues are addressed promptly.
