How to use auto complete in Jolt lists

The Jolt auto complete feature allows you to complete yes/no items based on previously set flags from other yes/no and measurement items in your list. This is useful for scenarios like automatic failure in inspections or using sub-lists for corrective act

How to configure auto complete for lists

  1. Log in to the Jolt web app and navigate to lists > edit lists.

  2. On the next screen, you can create a new list (click the plus sign in the bottom right corner) or edit an existing one (click on a list from all lists).

  3. Click add item. A modal window will appear where you can select a yes/no item to set up auto complete.

  4. Fill out the required fields. Once you get to the completion mode section, click on auto complete to assign the feature to the item.

  5. Configure the following settings:

    1. Flag: Choose a flag that has already been created.

    2. Operator: Select an operator to define the condition (e.g., greater than, less than, equal to, not equal to).

    3. Number: Enter the number of flags involved in the calculation based on the selected operator.

    4. Answer: Define the value that will be auto-filled based on the calculation.

  6. Click save to apply changes.
