Learn how to deactivate list instances on the Jolt Web Portal to manage your lists efficiently. This guide will walk you through the steps to remove lists and ensure you're managing your tasks effectively.

District Managers have specific permissions, including auditing, deactivating, and reactivating list instances, which allows for more efficient list management.

Prerequisites: You need to be logged in to the Jolt Web Portal to deactivate list instances. Ensure you have the necessary permissions to make changes.

District Managers with Location Website Admin Access can audit, deactivate, and reactivate list instances as part of their role.

Steps to Deactivate List Instances:

  1. Log in to the Jolt Web Portal:

  • Navigate to the Jolt Web Portal and log in using your credentials.

  1. Go to Browse Lists:

  • Click on Lists in the main menu.

  • Select Browse Lists from the dropdown.

  1. Filter Lists:

  • Use filters such as List Filter, Person Filter, or Date Filter to locate specific list instances efficiently.

  1. Select List Instances:

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the list instances you want to deactivate.

  1. Deactivate List Instances:

  • Check the box next to the list instance(s) you wish to deactivate.

  • Click on Deactivate List for a single instance or Deactivate Lists for multiple instances.

  1. Reactivate List Instances:

  • Apply a filter to display inactive lists.

  • Select the desired list instance.

  • Click Activate to reactivate the list.m.

Additional Information:

District Managers can also audit list instances to ensure tasks are completed and reactivate previously deactivated lists as needed.
