Login issues on the Jolt web app
Verify your credentials by ensuring you've entered the correct email and password (make sure caps lock is off). Reset your password if needed.
Close your browser completely and try logging in to the Jolt web app again. If this doesn't work, restart your device (uptime or pending updates can impact performance). Once the device has restarted, open your browser and try logging into Jolt.
If you were recently added as a user, check for a verification email in your inbox (check spam/junk folder if it doesn't appear) and follow the steps to set up your account. Reach out to your account admin for assistance.
If the wrong email is on file, contact your account admin for assistance.

Close the Jolt app completely and reopen. Sometimes there are pending updates, which can impact login.
If you are using a shared device, you may need to enter a PIN. Confirm that you are in the correct account and entering the PIN correctly.
If your mobile device has a pending software update, make sure the software is up to date and the device has the chance to restart.
Check with your account admin to see if you need a QR code to log in to your account. Once you've used your mobile device to scan the QR code, you should be able to access your account.
