Filter and print a HACCP report by section

The filtering feature allows you to generate and print a HACCP report that includes only selected sections, to produce clean, inspection-ready reports without unnecessary data.

1. Log in to the SmartSense web app and navigate to the dashboard.
2. In the upper-left corner, select a location.
3. Scroll down until you find the scheduled checklist summary, then click view results.
   
   
    
4. At the top of the report page, use the date picker to select the reporting period (the reporting period cannot exceed 30 days).
   
   
    
5. Next, locate report sections and click the dropdown to review the following checkboxes: 
   
   - Top-level sections (e.g., summary, checklists)
   - Subsections (e.g., cool down, reheat) nested under top-level sections
   
   
   
   You can select a parent section to automatically include all subsections or deselect a parent section to automatically remove all subsections. 
    
6. Once you are done making your selections, click the generate button. 
   
   
    
7. Click outside the dropdown to close it and apply your selection.
8. Click generate. Within a few seconds, your report will generate.
9. Next, click the print button.
10. A modal window will open. Confirm your print settings and proceed with printing or downloading the report.
    
    
    
    To make adjustments to the report, click the report sections dropdown, modify your selections, and click generate to update the report. Your selections remain active unless you navigate to a new page or refresh the page.
