Jolt time & temperature report

Learn how to use the Jolt time and temperature report to monitor sensor readings, track compliance, and identify temperature excursions across locations. Insights into your food handling processes ensures that everything is being completed and tracked.

Requirements

  • Ensure that the setup process for food handling procedures has been completed on the Jolt web app.

  • Ensure you have performed a food handling process using the Jolt mobile app to generate data for the report.


How to access the time & temperature report

  1. Log into the Jolt web app and navigate to reporting > time and temperature.

  2. On this screen, you will see the number of processes your organization is expected to complete each day. This is compared to completed processes, categorized as passed (blue) or failed (red).

  3. At the top of the screen, you can control advanced filtering options, including filtering by product to narrow the report to specific food items, setting a date range to view data for a specified period, and filtering by location for more granular insights.

  4. As you follow the trend line, you will see the number of passed and failed processes over a period of time.

  5. Under group data, you can organize information by category including hierarchy, location, people, product, and process.

  6. Under summary view, you will see a high-level overview of your time and temperature data.

  7. Under detail view, you can see every temperature recorded, reasons for process failures, and recorder details. This is designed to be printed from your browser. Follow the standard browser printing process to print this view or save it as a PDF.
