The report includes temperature readings taken by sensor or probe or readings entered manually.

Red-shaded cells highlight temperature readings out of the food safety range defined on the item.

Yellow-shaded cells highlight temperatures that were in the food safety range but outside the food quality range.

One location of a quick service chain received a report from a customer claiming they contracted a food-borne illness.
