Log in to the Jolt web app and navigate to lists > edit lists.

On the next screen, create a new list or select an existing list to edit.

Click the blue plus sign and select new item.

A modal window will appear where you can select the stopwatch item type.

Add the prompt text and select the optional item settings to configure it as needed.

Click save to apply changes.

Log into the Jolt mobile app and navigate to lists.

Locate a scheduled list with the stopwatch item type or add the list by tapping the plus sign and searching for stopwatch.

After selecting the item, tap start timer. The timer will begin immediately.

When you are ready to end the timer, tap the button again.

To reset the timer after it has stopped, tap the kebab menu (three vertical dots) for more options, then select clear response.
