Log in to the Jolt web app and navigate to lists > edit lists.
On the next screen, create a new list or edit an existing list.
Click the blue plus sign. A modal window will appear where you can select the multiple choice item type.
In the prompt text field, enter the question or statement for your multiple-choice item.
Next, you will need to choose one of two options:
Create new: Select this option to create a new template. After you finish creating the template, it will be saved for future use once you save the list.
Use template: Select this option to use an existing template. You can choose a template from the list and make edits.
Select allow multiple answer selections if you want users to be able to select more than one answer on the multiple-choice item.
Select show multiple choice options inline on the mobile app if you want all answers to display after the prompt text on the mobile app. This can make the list feel longer, but reduces the number of times a user needs to tap when completing multiple-choice items.
If you are showing answers inline, you can assign a color/icon (this feature is optional). Click the circle to open the palette and select a color and/or icon. This will display with the answer when selected.
You can click the color again to remove it.Click save to apply changes.
