Recipients & Read Receipts
If you are a Super Admin or Admin, you can now view the number/percentage of recipients who opened/read an announcement.
Navigate to the ADMIN tab then select ANNOUNCEMENTS from the dropdown menu. You will see two new columns:
Recipients - The number of recipients that received the announcement
Opened - The number and percentage of recipients who opened the announcement
If a recipient receives an announcement via email, the percentage will not be calculated or appear under the RECIPIENTS or OPENED columns. This is because an individual's email provider tracks this data.
Food Steps Report
The Food Steps report gives you insight into the completion and passing rates of food steps, providing more accurate reporting when manual completion rates are low.
