  6. The passing rate by step type table pulls data from the food steps associated with your account. In this example, there are three food steps: cooling, cooking, and receiving.

Each line on the graph is color-coded and corresponds with the food step on the right. Hovering over one of the food items will display only that line on the graph.

  7. The manual entry rate by step type table pulls data from the food steps associated with your account that were entered by hand. As with the Passing Rate table, the food steps are color-coded, and hovering over a food step displays only the associated line on the graph.

The manual entry rate table on the right displays the location and its manual entry percentage. The Location can be sorted alphabetically while the Manual Entry can be sorted numerically.
