View corrective actions
Log in to the SmartSense mobile app, then tap on the manager action center tile on the home screen.
Corrective actions with manager review required turned on will display on the next screen. Corrective actions triggered only within the last 7 days will appear, and, by default, the corrective actions will display from newest to oldest.
A list of corrective action cards will appear with the following information
Header: Corrective action name
Name: Task or Food item where the corrective action was triggered
Type/Step Type: Classification of the assigned task
Result: Outcome of the task
High/Low: Shown with ranged tasks (e.g., temperature, number, etc.)
Triggered: Submission time of the corrective action
Tapping show related actions will display additional corrective action details, providing more visibility into the issues to help resolve the problem. The number within the button indicates the total actions you will see.
Filter & sort corrective actions
At the top of the manager action screen, you will see a field where you can search for corrective actions by:
Clicking on the filter button will take you to the manage action filters screen. Here you can filter the time range and sort by date. After making a selection, tap apply.
