If your shipping address is in the US but the device will be used outside the country, please make sure the salesperson knows what country you are using your device.

For our Z Gateway and BZ Gateway, we only provide a North American power adapter. The BZ Gateway can be used with the following plug types:

• USA (type A)
• EU (type C)
• UK (type G)
• AU (type I)
