How to acknowledge an alarm in the SmartSense mobile app
If you are a responder, you can acknowledge an alarm through the SmartSense mobile app. The alarm acknowledgment checklist is created by a user with Admin permissions in the web app, and consists of a preset list of tasks (actions and/or questions).
Locate the SmartSense mobile app on your mobile device and tap to open.
Enter your credentials, then tap Log In.
If your organization has more than one location, you will need to select a location/department from the Site Selection screen.
You should now be on the home screen. Select the Incidents tile to view all incidents.
Select the incident you would like to acknowledge.
You will see the Summary of the incident. Select the Acknowledge button next to the alarm icon.
A modal window will appear. Follow the onscreen instructions and complete all tasks associated with the alarm.
Select submit to acknowledge the alarm. A blue banner will appear at the top of the screen confirming All Alarms Acknowledged.
