Instructions
Log in to the Jolt web app and navigate to lists > edit lists.
On the next screen, create a new list or click on an existing list.
In the list item settings, select the box for allow users to mark as and select N/A or out of order.
Click save to apply changes.
FAQ
Can I mark multiple items optional in the same list?
Yes. Simply adjust each item's settings individually and make sure to click save before leaving the page.
How do users mark an item as not available or out of order?
Users must select the marked options while completing the list, provided the item is set to allow those selections.
