If you're interested in testing new features and updates for the Jolt App before they are officially released, you can join our Jolt Beta Software Program.
This program allows you to access our newest features before releasing them to the public and gives you the chance to provide direct feedback to our developers. We're always looking for ways to evolve and improve our platform.
Please note that while you are using a Beta build, you may encounter software bugs or glitches. Please reach out to our support team to report any issues you find. As a perk of being a part of our testing team, we will tag your account to ensure that you get priority when it comes to resolving these bugs.
Your feedback is crucial as we continue to grow and add the cool features you've been asking for!
Prerequisites
Device: iPhone or iPad
Required App: TestFlight
Internet Connection: Ensure this is stable
How to opt into the program
Make sure you have company admin access for your Jolt account, then log in to the Jolt web app.
Navigate to your company settings page. Here you will see a beta testing field where you can check a box to opt-in to the program.
Click save changes after checking the box. Additional instructions will generate for you to follow.
Installation instructions
Open the App Store on your Apple device.
In the search bar, enter testflight and locate the TestFlight app.
Tap the download button to install TestFlight on your device.
Once the download is complete, you'll see an option to open the app.
On the same device, open a web browser and visit TestFlight Link.
Tap accept to join the Jolt Beta Program.
Tap install to download the latest Jolt Beta build.
If the Jolt 2 app is already installed, you will see an option to reinstall or update.
Open the Jolt 2 app and follow the instructions to connect your device to a location.
Providing feedback to the Jolt team
We value your feedback to improve the Jolt Beta App. You can submit feedback directly through TestFlight:
Capture a screenshot of the app by pressing the side button and volume up button simultaneously.
Go back to the TestFlight app and select the Jolt 2 app.
Tap share beta feedback and include your screenshot (or provide feedback without one). Your feedback will be sent directly to our development team.
For feedback without a screenshot, use the feedback option directly from the main TestFlight page.
