Instructions
Log in to the Jolt web app and navigate to settings > printers.
Click on the kebab menu (three vertical dots) and select printer settings.
Select label size to adjust the dimensions of the labels loaded into your printer.
Choose the appropriate label size from the available options to match your labels.
On the print options page, find the label orientation setting.
Choose normal or inverted (depends on how you want your labels to print).
The label offset preset should remain unchanged under normal circumstances. If you notice that labels are being cut off, you can adjust this setting.
Next, perform a calibration and test print. These features are available on this page and ensure your labels are printing correctly.
Find and tap on the labels tab under the Zebra printer you want to update.
On the same page, you can also adjust the label orientation or print direction. Choose either forward or reverse to set the direction your labels print.
Under alignment, select manual. A drawer will open where you can fine-tune the print area by tapping the up, down, left, and right arrows.
Check printer settings
Ensure your printer's firmware is up-to-date by clicking on the update button. Keeping firmware updated can improve performance and fix/prevent issues.
If you need to reset the printer connection, use the remove printer option at the bottom right in red.
After removing the printer, you can re-add the printer to restore the connection.
