How to use maintenance mode

To set up maintenance mode, click on the assets tab and select the asset from the asset column.

Click on the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner then select maintenance mode.

Select the start date and end date for maintenance. Under the reason field, enter a description of why maintenance will occur. Click turn on to activate.

Once activated, a notification will appear at the top of the screen indicating the maintenance was successfully scheduled, and under asset history you can view the details of the scheduled maintenance.

If you wish to edit maintenance, click the gear icon then select maintenance mode (same as step 2). You can either extend the end date or end the maintenance manually by selecting turn off.
