What is an asset alarm schedule?

An Asset Alarm Schedule allows Super Admins, Admins, or Owners to create a scheduled time frame to suppress alarms. This prevents asset alarms from triggering when not in use, optimizing alarm behavior.

If you are a a Super Admin, Admin, or Owner, you can enable and maintain an asset alarm schedule.

Once an asset alarm scheduled is enabled, users with Responder, Responder+, and Viewer roles can view the alarm schedule.

Maintenance mode

An Asset Alarm Schedule and Maintenance Mode can be enabled simultaneously; however, Maintenance Mode takes precedence over the schedule and will suppress alarms/notifications within the Maintenance Mode start/end dates.

When Maintenance Mode is disabled, the Asset Alarm Schedule will resume.

Send notifications

The Asset Alarm Schedule will only affect send notifications (Always, Select Days, Inside/Outside Hours of Operation) when enabled and time blocks are set to ALARM OFF. During these periods, all alarms and notifications will be suppressed regardless of notification period and recipients will not receive alerts.

When the Asset Alarm Scheduled is disabled (normal alert behavior) or enabled, alarms and notifications will trigger based on the existing notification periods.
