How to use the work orders home screen on the Jolt mobile app

The home screen on the mobile app allows you to connect to Jolt on a personal mobile device to view work orders assigned to a location, helping you plan out your day. Tapping work order cards allows you to switch locations and make changes.

Make sure you connect your device to Jolt in personal mode. When connected to the Jolt mobile app, you will only see work orders from locations you have permission to access and work order templates assigned to your role.

Note: Work orders created on another device or on the web app may take a few minutes to sync to the device.
