Before using the Time Clock, make sure it is enabled on your device and that your device is set in the correct timezone. If Time Clock is not enabled, you will only see list data on the screen.
Open the Jolt mobile app and navigate to Time Clock.
Next, you will need to clock in. Follow the prompt to take a picture (if this feature is enabled) and enter your 4-digit PIN.
Tap the clock in button to record the start of your shift.
To start going through your tasks or printing labels, select login or select done if you're ready to begin your tasks without immediately clocking in.
When you are on the Time Clock page, you will see several different columns:
Shared Items: Lists shared with multiple people within your role.
Assigned Items: Specific tasks assigned to you within a list.
Assigned Time: Displays the remaining time until a task or list is due.
Status: Indicates if you are clocked in or clocked out.
You will also see a list of tasks with color-coding.
Green: You have time to complete the list or task.
Yellow: Less than 15 minutes remaining until the list or task is due.
Red: The list or task is overdue.
To clock out, repeat the process used for clocking in.
Take a picture if required.
Enter your 4-digit PIN if needed.
Tap clock out to record the end of your shift.
To access your timecard, you will need to go to my timecard in the Jolt mobile app menu.
On this screen, you can review timecard details:
Total Hours: Check your total hours worked, including overtime and regular hours.
Shift Lengths: View the duration of your shifts within the current pay period.
Change Pay Period: Adjust the pay period settings to review hours from previous periods.
Admin users can adjust Time Clock settings at any time, but this must be done through the Jolt web app.
