How to add media to the Jolt information library

Learn how to upload and manage media files in the information library on the Jolt web app. You must be a location website admin, content group admin, or company admin.

  1. Log in to the Jolt web app and navigate to information.


  2. On the next screen, create or open a category.

  3. Next, create a subcategory or open a subcategory.

  4. Once your category and subcategory are set up, you can upload media.

  5. Click the green upload your file(s) button to add files from your computer (please make sure you are using a supported file).

  6. Alternatively, you can click create a custom file to add text or link files.

  7. Next, click on edit file permissions. Here you will allow or restrict access for specific user roles. Ensure that only authorized users can view or manage the files.

  8. Once the files are set up, you can organize, edit, or delete as needed.
