How to review points in the Jolt web app

If you are an admin user, you can track and report on the points users earn as they complete tasks. It's recommended that you regularly review points reports to keep track of performance and task completion.

  1. Log in to the Jolt web app and navigate to lists.

  2. Click on points to access the points reporting section.

  3. Use the filter by roles option to choose one or more user roles.

    • Selecting specific roles will filter the report to show points earned by users in those roles.

  4. Select a date or date range. This will generate the report for that time period.

  5. The report will update and you will be able to view the details including:

    • Hours worked: The total hours worked by each user during the time period.

    • Points earned: The number of points each user earned.

    • List items completed: The number of list items each user completed.
