Pre-calibration alignment
Open the printer and locate the yellow sensor that slides horizontally.
Align the sensor by locating the arrow and faint line on the grey plastic area of the printer.
Slide the yellow sensor tab to align the arrows.
Load the labels by placing under the yellow tabs, then close the printer cover.
The printer will default to paused mode. Press the pause button on the printer to resume printing.
Calibrate the printer
Make sure the printer is plugged in and powered on, then press and hold the pause and cancel buttons simultaneously for 6-7 seconds.
The printer will automatically push out a few labels (this is normal during the calibration process).
Print one or two test labels to confirm that the printer is working correctly and the labels are properly aligned.
Additional maintenance tips
Ensure labels are loaded correctly under the tabs and are not skewed.
Regularly clean the sensor to avoid debris accumulation.
Ensure the roller and interior are free from adhesive residue.
Verify that the labels are compatible with the printer.
Power off the printer and gently clean the print head with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free swab to maintain print quality.
Regularly check for firmware updates to ensure the printer operates with the latest features and fixes.
Do not press down on the printer lid during operation to prevent uneven pressure and heating.
