Scheduling a follow-up action report
Log in to the Jolt web app as a location website admin or a user with higher permissions.
Navigate to the menu > audits & inspections > audit settings.
Under status reports delivery schedule, select the report type you want to configure (by default, you will see the site report).
Note: The roles displayed are content group level roles in the audits content group. The site manager must have one of these roles to receive the report.
Select a box for each of the roles for one of the time intervals: daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly. This will set up the schedule for the report.
The report begins after the day starts at and week starts on features under the company settings page.
Click save to apply changes.
Report samples
There are three types of follow-up action reports.
Site manager report
This report is designed for the manager of the inspected location and provides the status of each follow-up action generated by the most recent audit. This report is delivered on schedule until all items on the follow-up action list are completed.
Each outstanding follow up action list appears in its own section listing the follow-up actions, who completed them and when, which audit question triggered the follow-up action and a note about whether the audit question was failed on the previous instance of that audit.
Auditor report
This report is designed for the auditor and shows the status of follow-up actions for recently inspected locations.
Listed by location are past due follow-up actions, repeat offenders, a kudos list, and missed follow-up actions.
Past due follow-up actions: actions that are not completed before the due date of the follow-up action list.
Repeat offenders: audit questions that were missed in previous instances of the audit.
Kudos list: audit questions that were missed on the last instance of the audit and corrected on the latest instance.
Missed follow-up actions: Follow-up actions that were not completed by the audited location before the follow-up action list expired.
Summary report
This report is designed for the compliance officer to help manage the performance of auditors in getting their locations to comply with exceptions noted in audits and summarizes auditor performance in helping audited locations complete follow-up actions that were generated by exceptions found during the audit. It also provides a summary of missed follow-up actions (actions that were not completed before the follow-up action list expired).
