Find a position for your gateway at least six feet off the ground (the higher the position, the better the signal will be).
If you are using zip ties, attach the gateway with at least three zip ties, ensuring they are securely fastened.
Cut the ends of the zip ties.
Attach the power harness cable to the gateway cable.
Zip-tie the cable to secure it in place.
Cut the ends of the zip ties and plug in the gateway to connect and power up the device.
If you are screwing your gateway into the wall, use at least three 3-quarter-inch self-tapping screws for stability.
Connect the power harness cable to the gateway cable.
Zip-tie the cable securely (be sure to cut the ends of the zip ties).
Plugin the power source and verify the gateway has power.
