How to use the open incidents report in the SmartSense web app

The Open Incidents Report allows you to view actively open incidents for assets within a location or department.

  1. To access the Asset Alarm Configuration Report, select the reports tab then click on the open incidents report. This will open a new page on your screen.

  2. In the upper left corner, you can filter by hierarchy by selecting or searching for a specific site or location.

  3. Click on the filters icon to display incident start time.

  4. Within the filter, you can refine your search by choosing the parameters for your timeframe then selecting apply to implement the change in the table view.

  5. To revert the filter to the default view, select the grey filters button in the upper left corner then select filters (default). A modal window will appear to confirm you wish to continue with the change.

  6. Underneath the filter section, you will find the incident count card which shows the number of incidents in the selected location based on how you choose to filter the report.

  7. To download the Open Incidents Report, click on the export button in the upper right corner of the screen then choose the format for the report.

  8. The report should download within a few seconds and will save to your downloads folder on your device.
