How to close high severity incidents
High severity incidents are incidents with a severity of "high" or "highest" that can be adjusted by authorized administrators. Managing incidents ensures that everything in your SmartSense dashboard is running smoothly.
- Log in to the SmartSense web app then click on the incidents tab.
- At the top of the screen, you will see high severity incidents. Choose a high severity incident to continue.
- A modal window will appear. First, make sure to select the acknowledge button.
- Next, add corrective actions to the incident. Instructions will appear on the screen as you complete this step.
- Finally, select the incident status button.
- Now that the incident has been documented and resolved, choose closed.
- Close the modal window to complete the process.
