Web App: What is the Manager Action Center?
The Manager Action Center (MAC) feature allows users with Location Manager (Super Admin, Admin, Responder, and Responder+) roles to review the list of corrective actions associated with a completed task in the SmartSense mobile app. To set up this feature, users must log in to the SmartSense web app to configure the settings.

Enable Manager Review for Corrective Actions
- Log in to the SmartSense web app, then click on DIGITAL LOGBOOK > CORRECTIVE ACTIONS.
- Select + CORRECTIVE ACTION to create a new corrective action or click on the PENCIL ICON next to an existing corrective action to edit it.
- Complete the ACTION and INCLUDE IN LISTS fields, then select MANAGER REVIEW REQUIRED to allow a Location Manager to review the corrective actions on the mobile app.
- Click the SAVE button to apply changes.
Once the corrective action is created, you will need to include the corrective action in a list as well as associate the corrective action with a Task or Food Item.

View Corrective Actions Under Manager Review
The MANAGER REVIEW column will show an ENABLED status when the Manager Review Required field has been selected for the corrective action. If Manager Review Required is not selected, users will see a hyphen, indicating that it is not enabled.
Navigate to the LISTS tab (next to the Corrective Actions tab) and select or search for a list to view the details. When you click on the name, a modal window will appear showing the names of the corrective actions assigned and if any have been enabled for Manager Review.
