See what's new at SmartSense. We're continuing to make improvements to empower you by releasing the following new features:
- Address Verification
- Manager Action Center
- Alarm Notification Frequency
Address Verification
Address Verification allows Super Admin and Admin users to select a verified address when creating a new Location or updating an existing Location.
Key Features:

Displays dynamic address suggestions while entering the data

Shows a verification status icon (green checkmark) in the Physical Address field when a valid address has been entered

Unverified addresses will display a yellow warning icon in the Physical Address field
After logging into the Web App, navigate to ADMIN > ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT. Click on +ADD NEW and select LOCATION from the dropdown.
After filling out the required Template field, you will see the rest of the fields, including PHYSICAL ADDRESS, where you will find the Address Verification feature.

Manager Action Center
Users with Super Admin, Admin, Responder, and Responder+ roles can set up a review process for corrective actions once corrective actions have been configured when logged into the SmartSense web app. This new feature will appear under DIGITAL LOGBOOK > CORRECTIVE ACTIONS.
When review for corrective actions is set up in Manager Action Center, Location Managers (users with Super Admin, Admin, Responder, and Responder+ access) can log into the SmartSense mobile app to access a new tile for Manager Action Center.

Alarm Notification Frequency
We've updated the number of options available for alarm frequency to ensure there is more flexibility. You will see that there are now 6, 9, and 12-hour options.
