Web App: How to Use Maintenance Mode
Use Maintenance Mode to temporarily silence or stop alarms.
- To set up Maintenance Mode, click on the ASSETS tab and select the asset from the ASSET column.

Click on the GEAR ICON in the upper right-hand corner then select MAINTENANCE MODE.

Select the START DATE and END DATE for maintenance. Under the REASON field, enter a description of why maintenance will occur. Click TURN ON to activate.

Once activated, a notification will appear at the top of the screen indicating the maintenance was successfully scheduled, and under ASSET HISTORY you can view the details of the scheduled maintenance.
- If you wish to edit maintenance, click the GEAR ICON then select MAINTENANCE MODE (same as step 2 above). You can either extend the END DATE or end the maintenance manually by selecting TURN OFF.
