Food Items Lists
If you are an enterprise user with Super Admin permissions, you can group food items by brand for better organization.
Navigate to the DIGITAL LOGBOOK and select FLOW OF FOOD from the dropdown. This will take you to the FOOD ITEMS LISTS page. Select + ADD FOOD ITEM LIST to create a new list.
A modal window will appear. Enter a NAME for the new Food Item List then click the SAVE button.
Within the Food Item List, you can add Food Items. If not properly configured, the Food Item List may not appear so make sure that food items have a Location association.
You can copy existing Food Items Lists from the FOOD ITEMS LISTS page. Locate the list you wish to copy, click on the ELLIPSIS (three dots) to the far right, then select COPY FOOD ITEMS LIST.

You can copy existing Food Items Lists from the FOOD ITEMS LISTS page. Locate the list you wish to copy, click on the ELLIPSIS (three dots) to the far right, then select COPY FOOD ITEMS LIST.
A modal window will appear. Enter a unique name for the copied Food Item List then select SAVE AND COPY to apply changes.

On the Food Items Lists page, you can copy existing Food Items. Locate the Food Item you wish to copy, select the ELLPISIS (three dots) on the far right, and click on COPY FOOD ITEM.
On the next page, fill out the required fields then click SAVE to apply changes.
Move Food Items to Another Food List
Within a Food Items List, you can move existing Food Items to another Food List in your account. Locate the Food Item you wish to move, select the ELLIPSIS (three dots) on the far right, and click CHANGE FOOD ITEM LIST.
A modal window will appear. Select the Food Item List from the dropdown where you wish to move the Food Item then select SAVE to apply changes.
