How to use edit lists in the Jolt web app

Edit lists is designed to make managing your lists easy and intuitive. Continue reading to learn how to navigate this feature and improve your list management experience.

Using edit lists

  1. Log in to the Jolt web app and navigate to lists > edit lists.

  2. On this page, you can either create a new list or edit an existing list.

  3. To add a new list item, navigate to the item column and click + add item or click the blue plus sign and select new item.

  4. Select an item type.

  5. If you want to use the grid view, click the 9 box icon in the top right of the list.

  6. The display will change and look something like this.

  7. To add a new item in grid view, click add row in the top left and choose the item type.

  8. A new row will appear at the bottom of the list. Enter your item prompt.

  9. You can rearrange items by dragging the row using the 2 horizontal bars to the left of the item type.

  10. If you wish to import items in bulk, click the blue plus sign and select bulk import.

  11. Next, you will need to add files from the information library by choosing from the available categories and subcategories

  12. Select save to apply changes.


Why can't I edit lists?

If you are having trouble editing lists, you may need to switch modes (content group vs location), check your permissions, or update list ownership.
