To view a missed report, log in to the SmartSense web app and navigate to the gateways tab, then click on the name of the gateway that displays the missed report.
On the next page, you will see a card that displays information on the missed report. Click on the card to display additional details.
Here you can view the date and time that the missed report was triggered as well as the history of the gateway. You can also acknowledge the incident, assign it to another user, change the status, and more.
What is a missed report in the SmartSense web app?
A missed report is an incident that displays when your gateway misses a reporting interval. This typically occurs when there's a short-term cellular communication issue, if gateway is offline, or if gateway is powered off.
