High severity incidents are incidents with a severity of "high" or "highest" that can be adjusted by authorized administrators. Managing incidents ensures that everything in your SmartSense dashboard is running smoothly.
Log in to the SmartSense web app then click on the incidents tab.
At the top of the screen, you will see high severity incidents. Choose a high severity incident to continue.
A modal window will appear. First, make sure to select the acknowledge button.
Next, add corrective actions to the incident. Instructions will appear on the screen as you complete this step.
Finally, select the incident status button.
Now that the incident has been documented and resolved, choose closed.
Close the modal window to complete the process.
