TempAlert: How to Change Account Settings

  1. Login to the Insights Dashboard
  2. The My Account tab is where you manage settings related to your Insights user account
  3. Under preferences, where it says Default View, you can determine the screen that displays when you login
    • There are three view choices: Device List, Device Map, or Device Dials

  4. Under Profile, you can change the following settings:
    • First Name and Last Name
    • Email Address
    • Password
  5. All these features can simply be changed by clicking on Edit, updating the fields, and clicking Save Profile
