Tasks and screening are uploaded to the Safetemps platform through a Wi-Fi or cellular connection. If an internet connection is unable to be made, you will be prompted with a message that you are offline. Confirm Wi-Fi or cellular connection and submit your task or screening again.
If internet connection has been confirmed and you still receive an error upon submitting a task or screening, please contact SmartSupport for further assistance.
