If you receive an invalid login credential error when attempting to login to the SmartSense dashboard, you can reset your password using the Forgot Password? tool.
A system generated password will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You can then change this password from the My Profile section of the SmartSense dashboard.
All other questions about access to the SmartSense dashboard should be directed to your account administrator.
