How to Pair Thermapen® ONE Blue with the SmartSense Mobile App

Thermapen® ONE Blue is designed to seamlessly pair with the SmartSense mobile app and requires only a few minutes to set up. With a three-second response time to stabilize, the probe offers quick temperature readings between -58°F and 572°F while providing visual feedback.

Pairing Thermapen® ONE Blue

1. Open the SmartSense mobile app.
   
   
    
2. Log in using your SmartSense credentials.
   
   
    
3. Select the QUICK ACTIONS tile, then choose the desired CHECKLIST or TASK that requires you to take a temperature.
   
   
    
4. Turn on your Thermapen® ONE Blue by holding the power button for three seconds until the probe flashes green.
5. In the mobile app, tap the TAKE TEMPERATURE button.
6. A prompt will appear asking if you want to pair with Thermapen® ONE Blue.
7. Tap PAIR to continue.
   
   
    
8. Thermapen® ONE Blue will pair and, after a few seconds, the temperature will stabilize. Once stabilized, you will see the temperature in the SmartSense mobile app. If it is green, the item falls within a safe temperature range.
   
   

Unpairing Thermapen® ONE Blue

1. Open the SETTINGS app on your mobile device.
2. Navigate to BLUETOOTH settings and make sure Bluetooth is toggled on.
3. Under MY DEVICES, select the Thermapen® ONE Blue (it will be named something like "OneBlue").
   
   Select FORGET THIS DEVICE and follow the prompts on your screen to unpair the device.
    

Note: Next time you want to use the Thermapen® ONE Blue with your mobile device, you will need to pair it as if it is your first time pairing it.
