What is a Missed Report?
A missed report is an incident that displays when your gateway misses a reporting interval to the SmartSense Cloud. This typically occurs when there is a short-term cellular communication issue, if your gateway is offline, or if your gateway is powered off for any other reason, thus missing the reporting interval.
- To view a missed report, log in to the SmartSense web app and navigate to the GATEWAYS tab then click on the name of the gateway that displays the missed report.
- On the next page, you will see a card that displays information on the missed report. Click on the card to display additional details.
- Here you can view the date and time that the missed report was triggered as well as the history of the gateway. You can also acknowledge the incident, assign it to another user, change the status, and more.
