How do I check if there is an outage?
If you believe you are experiencing degraded performance while using the SmartSense Web App or the SmartSense Mobile App you can confirm the status of the platform by visiting the following page:
If everything is functioning as intended, a green line will display ALL SYSTEMS OPERATIONAL.
To receive status updates, click the blue SUBSCRIBE button and enter your email address to receive notifications if there is a service incident or outage.
You can also scroll down the page to view the incident history. Clicking on a past incident will display updates to the incident, timestamps, and what services were impacted.
