ZE Gateway: Unit Does Not Power On

Check to make sure the unit is connected to the wall power with the included power adapter or the unit is connected to a Passive PoE (Power over Ethernet) connection with a power injector. Active PoE via a powered hub or switch is not supported. You must use a power injector if you choose to utilize PoE.

NOTE: This device does not have a backup battery built in.
