Powering the Smart Link
1. A power cable and an Ethernet cable are included with your device
2. Plug the Ethernet cable into the NET port on the device
3. Plug the power cable into the PWR port on the device
4. The Smart Link will turn on automatically when plugged into power
Troubleshooting
Issue: The screen reads NETWORK=ATTEMPT ETHERNET
Resolution: Reboot the Smart Link by unplugging the power cable for twenty to thirty seconds, and then plugging the cable back in (the device will reboot and cycle through within two to four minutes)
Issue: Screen reads NETWORK=ATTEMPT ETHERNET, ZIGBEE=INITIALIZING after rebooting
Resolution: Contact your network administrator to see if changes have been made to the network (if so, please contact Smart Support)
Issue: The screen on the Smart Link is blank
Resolution: Unplug the power cable and then plug it back in (make sure both sides are in all the way)
Issue: The screen on the Smart Link is blue but blank
Resolution: Unplug the power cable and then plug it back in (if the issue persists, please contact Smart Support)
