How to Use the Asset Summary Report
The asset summary report provides a quick look at an asset’s performance over either a 2-day or 7-day period. You can review an asset's target range, in-range percentage, and min/max/average.

To access the Asset Summary Report, select the REPORTS tab then click on ASSET SUMMARY REPORT. This will open a new page on your screen.
- In the upper left corner, you can filter by hierarchy by selecting or searching for a specific site or location.

Click on the FILTERS icon to display additional filters including ASSET NAME, READING TYPE, ENVIRONMENT, and DATE.
- Once a site or location is selected, data will display all assets for that site. You can sort by ASSET NAME or any of the other columns by clicking on the arrows located in the column header.
- The TARGET RANGE is determined by the alarm thresholds assigned to the asset. If the asset does not have alarm thresholds configured, you will see N/A.
- To view a temperature reading, hover over the TREND GRAPH to display the temperature, date, time, in-range percentage, and a min/max/average. You can also see if the temperature reading was in range based on a TRUE or FALSE label. In-range readings are shown in BLACK while out-of-range readings are shown in YELLOW on the graph.
- To download the Asset Summary Report, click on the DOWNLOAD ICON in the upper right corner of the screen then choose the FORMAT for the report.
- The report should download within a few seconds and will save to your DOWNLOADS FOLDER on your device.
