How to Use the Audit Summary Report
The Audit Summary Report provides a view of administrative changes made within your SmartSense account. Here you can view user activity within a selected group or location over a selected time period.
- To access the Audit Summary Report, select the REPORTS tab then click on AUDIT SUMMARY. This will open a new page on your screen.
- In the upper left corner, you can filter by hierarchy by selecting or searching for a specific site or location.

Click on the FILTERS icon to display filters including AUDIT CATEGORY and DATE.

Within each filter, you can refine your search by selecting an individual option or choosing the ALL or NONE selections in the filters to select all items available or deselect all items. Select APPLY to implement the change.

To revert the filters to the default view, select the grey FILTERS button in the upper left corner then select FILTERS (DEFAULT). A modal window will appear to confirm you wish to continue with the change.
- The Audit Summary Report table displays four columns:
- Action Date (UTC) - displays the date and timestamp in universal time that the action occurred
- Site - the location of the action
- Audit Category - the group under which the action was applied
- Action Notes - additional input regarding the action

To download the Audit Summary Report, click on the DOWNLOAD ICON in the upper right corner of the screen then choose the FORMAT for the report.
- The report should download within a few seconds and will save to your DOWNLOADS FOLDER on your device.
