How to Acknowledge an Alarm

1. Locate the SmartSense mobile app (formerly NEXT) on your mobile device and tap to open. 
   
   
2. Select LOG IN and enter your credentials, then tap LOG IN.
   
   
3. If your organization has more than one location, you will need to select a location/department from the SITE SELECTION screen.
   
   
   
   
4. You should now be on the home screen. Select the INCIDENTS tile to view all incidents.
   
   
   
   
5. Select the incident you would like to acknowledge.
   
   
6. You will see the SUMMARY of the incident. Select the ACKNOWLEDGE button next to the alarm icon.

7. A modal window will appear. Follow the onscreen instructions and complete all tasks associated with the alarm.
   
   

8. Select submit to acknowledge the alarm. A blue banner will appear at the top of the screen confirming ALL ALARMS ACKNOWLEDGED.
