Digi SafeTemps: Why Are Items Showing as Missed on My Report?


If a particular task is not available to be completed for the day, the N/A button should be used during task completion on the app. Failure to select N/A and not completing a task will cause the report to reflect a missed check for the day. If N/A is selected, the report will reflect that this item was not available versus missed, and the report will display as complete.
