Digi SafeTemps: Performing a Health Check

The health check report will provide you a report with all Gateway and Sensor devices that are not reporting. This report can be used for customers in any vertical. To perform an account health check:

  1. Select the Reports tab from the account page
  2. Select the Network Health report
  3. Select an account to review (you may review a specific account within an enterprise or select the enterprise as a whole)
  4. Select a time frame to review
  5. Selecting Hide non-reporting Sensors in non-reporting Gateway will allow you to view Gateways that are offline without showing the associated sensors that are offline, shorting the report view
  6. Select View Report or drop the report into an excel file
  7. Select a Support Status (acknowledged, investigating, or resolved) from the drop-down by selecting Edit under the Support Status column
  8. To add an additional comment, select Edit under the Comment column
