Digi SafeTemps: How to Add a User

  1. Log into the SafeTemps dashboard (for more detailed information on logging in, click here)
  2. On the main landing page, click the Admin button
  3. Click the Users button
  4. Click the Add Users button to create a new user
  5. On the popup enter:
    • Username (use an email)
    • Password (must be at least 6 characters)
    • Re-enter the password in the Password Confirm field
    • First Name
    • Middle Initial (optional)
    • Last Name
    • Select which User Group the new user belongs to (Select All, Admin, Manager, and / or Staff-View Only)
  6. Click the Managed Access tab
  7. From here you can choose which Location(s) you want the user to have access to
  8. When finished, click the Update button to save your changes
